Healthy Food Kick

Now that I’m home I’m back to my healthy food habits! Now I make my own Matcha, which is a new development; I have to say that Matcha is my new favorite thing. I know it’s basic, but it really is better than coffee. I don’t know what it is, but ever since I quit cigarettes, coffee doesn’t taste as good. It’s too bitter. It was perfect with a cigarette, two bursts of energy, but neither taste really good. Like a match in misery that I was ingesting. I was much tougher in New York. I’d drink my black coffee and suck down a menthol cigarette. Very biker babe. Now I’m an LA flower, who smells cigarette smoke and is grossed out (mostly…there’s only a little bit of longing still there). And now I need something milder than coffee, a nice tall, sweetened glass of Matcha. I will say though, don’t drink Matcha heated. I always have it in latte form, iced. If it’s heated, it is GROTESQUE.
